Little Foxy Friends

This card came about Because I was playing with my inks to create a watercoloured affect. I liked the way this turned out so I decided to build on it and make a card.

I used Old Olive to do the background. I took a piece of  watercolour paper, I took my stamp pad and stamped the pad a few times on a piece of clear plastic ( like the piece that comes in the stamp sets). Then with a paint brush I dipped it water swirled it in the ink and painted it onto the paper. the more ink you pick up the darker the colour comes out.
I used the trees from the Foxy Friends stamp set and stamped them in Old Olive and Emerald Envy.
stamped and Punched out my little raccoon and stamped the tree stump stuck them on with dimensionals.
Then added a sentiment which was Happy birthday from Perfect Pairings.

Playful Backgrounds

Playful Backgrounds

These were the Fathers day cards I made using the New Playful Backgrounds stamp set. This stamp set is great so many uses, I can see myself using this set alot.

I've used the 2016/2017 In Colours ink and card stock for these cards. I have also used the Layered Letters Alphabet stamp for the word Dad and the Triple Banner Punch

Garden in Bloom

Garden in Bloom

I got the stamp set Garedn In Bloom and thought i would leave the new in colours alone for this card. So i pulled out Bermuda Bay and Melon Mambo ink pads and set to.

I used two of the three large flower stamps. I first stamped the fuller image in Melon Mambo then stamped the outline stamp over the fuller image in Bermuda Bay. I continued to randomly stamp over the 4 7/8" X 5 1/2"piece of Whisper White card stock.

I then added the little two step Bee stamp. I first stamped the outline of the Bee in Basic Black ink, then with the the little body shaped stamp, I stamped it over the out line in Daffodil Delight ink.

I cut out the Bee and put it on the card with a dimensional
I mounted this on a Bermuda Bay card base with dimensionals ( card base it half an A4 4 1/8" X 5 3/4").
