In Colours Thank you Cards

In Colour Thank you Cards

I've made this cards using the 2016-2018 In Colours which are Dapper Denim, Emerald Envy, Peekaboo Peach, Sweet Sugarplum and Flirty Flamingo.

I used a piece of  A4 card  stock in each of the in colour {Dapper Denim, Emerald Envy, Peekaboo Peach, Sweet Sugarplum and Flirty Flamingo}. Cut on the long side at 5 7/8", then score at 4.1", you can get two cards from one sheet. Then take a piece of Whisper White card stock that measures 5 5/8" X 3 7/8" and now the fun starts.

I took the Flower Shop stamp set, I love this set and use it a lot. Inking up the stamp once, I randomly stamped on the white piece of card until the ink ran out.

Lets Fly a Kite Card in a Box

Lets Fly a Kite Card in a Box.

I made this for a team challenge. The challenge was to make a card inspired by the title 'Spring has Sprung'. I though of sunshine breaking through the clouds and a gently breeze carrying a kite in the sky.
This is what i made

I started with a piece of Whisper White card to make the base box. I added layers of Melon Mambo, Crushed Curry cardstock and It's My Party Designer Series Paper. I have used the Balloon Celebration stamp set for the clouds, the Balloon Bouquet punch for the balloons. The happy birthday is from the Teeny Tiny sentiments stamp set punched out with the Word Window punch layered on the Large Oval and Scalloped Oval punches.
